Multiple Listing Service (MLS) – Exposure to real estate professionals helps sell homes quickly. The system automatically updates any status changes immediately, displays photos of your home, lists important information for other Realtors—and can even include a virtual tour.

Internet Listing Services – When a home is listed with MLS it also is listed in more than 45 national, affiliate and regional marketing channels, including: Homes.com, Openhouse.com, Local.com, AOLRealEstate.com, GoogleMaps.com, HomesandLand.com, PulseMailings.com, Craigslist.org, HomeSearch.com, HomesDatabase.com, SmartZip.com, and many others.

www.jmcresortproperties.com – Homes listed with our company also are listed and featured on our own Web site, which receives thousands of visits each month.

Open House – We prepare, attend and follow-up on professionally conducted and promoted open houses (community association permitting) and invite prospective buyers to preview the home.

Broker Previews – We host local real estate brokers and their agents to “Brokers’ Open” events to preview homes listed through JMC Resort Properties, and solicit their feedback and comments. This is an outstanding way to expose homes to a wide array of agents representing many prospective buyers at once. We send e-blasts announcing the Brokers’ Open, as well as visit other real estate offices to share fliers and personally invite Realtors.

Target Mailings – Professionally prepared “Just Listed” postcards are sent to communities and to our extensive client base to advertise homes listed with JMC Resort Properties. We also can create customized brochures of homes we represent, as well as invitations for Brokers’ Opens and open houses.

Weekly Updates – In keeping with our pledge to maintain communications during the sales process, we’ll send weekly updates to you indicating the number of times your home was shown, how many calls we received on the home and any other marketing events that occurred. Additionally, we’ll share any comments we receive. This is critical feedback, giving us—and you—a sense of the market.

Comprehensive Client Base – Having built more than 800 condos on Clearwater Beach alone, JMC Communities maintains a large database of clients interested in this and adjacent markets. Of course JMC Resort Properties has access to this well-targeted database, as well as public records of homeowners in the area. These are typical prospects to whom we market our listings.
