Presenting Offers – All
offers and counteroffers are presented to
our client-sellers in a timely manner. We’ll
carefully review each item with you. This
is the time to ask our experts questions
and obtain clarification from the buyer.
Additionally, we help you establish a counteroffer—or
acceptance of an offer.
Closing the Sale – Once
an offer is accepted and the contract signed,
we go to work to ensure that all obstacles
to a smooth closing are removed. We are
poised to:
• Remove all contract contingencies.
• Coordinate schedules for inspections and the closing.
• Attend closings and inspections (on request).
• Assist in completing specified repairs and touch-ups.
• Attend to the details of closing preparations, including gathering keys,
garage door openers and closing documents.
• Review the HUD statement with our sellers prior to closing.
After-closing Services
– Once the transaction is complete, we are
still working for you. Our office will provide
and retain e-files of the closing statement
and contract for your future use, keeping
you advised of current market trends and
sharing local community news. Our experience
